According to this group;

“SPEQLE is a software package that gives an integrated off line approach to ultrasound based cardiac deformation imaging by providing tools for data managing, anatomical region tracking, cardiac event timing, data visualization and statistics.”

The package is described as being open source and freely available for research purposes.
